David Gronbach

With over 19 years of experience in New York and Connecticut Courts, David has been involved with a wide array of litigation. With a background in insurance defense work, Personal Injury, Civil and Criminal defense litigation, David now works primarily in Special Education as an Administrative Law Judge in New York City and as Director of Business Development for MedInstil, a BioTechnology company.

David served as Mayor of the Town of New Milford for two years from 2015-2017.

David has been responsible for defending various hospitals and doctors throughout the state in medical malpractice law suits and other commercial entities defending premises liability law suits. During his tenure in New York, David represented various real estate developers and cooperative/condominium associations as part of the litigation department.

David is a member of the New York and Connecticut Bars and is admitted in both State and Federal Courts, including the United States Supreme Court. David received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York and his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law, New York. He received certifications in environmental and international law.

Vanessa M. Gronbach

Vanessa has practiced education law for over 17 years, representing school districts and parents in special education and disciplinary matters. Prior to working in the field of education, Vanessa was an Assistant District Attorney for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York, giving her vast experience in criminal law. During her time there she was responsible for the prosecution of both jury and non-jury trials, hearings and successfully indicted over 400 felonies.

Vanessa has been working as an Administrative Law Judge/Hearing Officer for special education cases in the State of New York since 2015.

Vanessa is a member of the New York and Connecticut Bars and is admitted in both State and Federal Courts, including the United States Supreme Court. She received her undergraduate degree from the Pace University in New York and her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in New York.

Vanessa is fluent in Spanish.
